ABOUT ME

Built for contractors, by someone who understands the work.

I'm Olivia. I founded Oscia Consulting in 2021, where tender writing became the service clients kept coming back for. I launched Top End Tenders to focus on exactly that - bid writing for NT building and construction contractors.
‍
I'm Brisbane-based now, but my work is exclusively NT. I'm a Territorian by background, with qualifications in Building and Construction, Project Management, Human Resource Management, and Procurement and Contracting.

I can read a set of plans, write a construction program, understand project resourcing, and interpret an RFQ. I know what local content actually means in the NT context - not just how to fill the boxes, but how to demonstrate it in a way that scores. Most tender writers need you to explain your industry to them. You won't be explaining anything to me. I understand how NTG procurement works, what assessors are looking for, and what separates a submission that wins from one that doesn't.

How much notice do you need?

The more the better - but I know how this industry works. If you've got a tight deadline, reach out immediately and I'll tell you straight whether I can make it work. Last-minute turnarounds may incur additional fees.

Do you work with multiple clients at once?

Yes. I'm not exclusive to one client, and I've managed this for years. Everything you share with me is treated as commercial in confidence - your information stays yours.

Can you help with things other than tenders?

Yes. Capability statements, prequalification applications, expression of interest documents, HSEQ / Project Plans, IDP, and general business development activities. If it's related to winning or maintaining work, branding or project documentation - reach out and I'll let you know if I can help.

What if I am unsatisfied with the final revision?

I write the strongest possible submission based on the information provided. If something isn't right, talk to me directly - I'd rather sort it than not. Two rounds of revisions are included for exactly that reason.
